Our clients use the CRM-HUB software to collect and process the personal data of individuals. In particular, they use the software to manage their marketing lists and campaigns, which includes the processing of the personal data of their customers. This process may include individuals in the EU and/or the UK.

For the purposes of the GDPR, as well as the UK GDPR, CRM-HUB acts as a processor of the personal data of data subjects. Control over the data subjects’ personal data is transferred either to our client or our clients’ customers.

We only process such personal data in accordance with the instructions of our client and in compliance with our obligations as processors. We establish a data processing agreement between us and our client in order to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for you.
